Practice

Jon Pittard is a RIBA Chartered Architect, and established J Pittard Ltd in 2003 after taking over a previously established local Practice. He qualified from the University of Portsmouth with an Honours degree and Diploma in Architecture, and a Masters in Professional Practice.

The Practice is a RIBA Chartered Practice, specialising in the residential sector, working on commissions from small-scale domestic alterations and extensions to multi-unit residential schemes. Experience has also been gained in the commercial and industrial sectors, in addition to dealing with Listed buildings and sensitive and problematic sites.

The Practice prides itself in being able to guide clients through the planning and construction processes, transforming their ideas and requirements into reality. It works closely with other consultants, professionals and Local Planning Authorities in order to provide the optimum solution for its clients. It also offers a range of services to suit any project type, size, complexity and budget.
